Nose: metal and herbs! Pencil sharpener blade, thyme, verbana, sage, all dried, hay stacks, puszta, scrubland, rosemary, humid wood about to catch fire. Very interesting. Also a tiny bit bit of vanilla and cedar wood. It then evolves towards humus -- decaying leaves and tree bark.
Mouth: a little chocolate milk, actually, quite a lot of it, a few herbs, though much less than in the nose, a little pencil sharpener blade again.
Finish: back with herbs -- thyme infusion, chamomile, perhaps green tea (with milk). It is very long and coating, leaving the mouth fresh, with notes of forest mushrooms (armillaria mellea/honey mushroom, girolle), as well as cream cheese with chives.
Excellent.
